Bubble bath causes buildup, and yes, it is in the shampoos for the consumer to FEEL good; nothing more. Hair and scalp that are not rinsed thoroughly could have heavy buildup. Shampoo-Conditioner or conditioning shampoo is a choice, but does not clean as well as just the shampoo, and, the consumer might pay more for the product being "conditioning" as it shampoos.
