Terrible customer support from defender-usa.. a company whom sells dvr recorders and surveillance

This is an ongoing issue I have with this company. I purchased a surveillance setup about a year and half ago price range of $1200 and one of the cameras are no longer working. I call them up months ago, and after speaking to the goofy customer service rep. they transferred me to the second level support with a manager. After explaining the situation, they merely offered me 10% off a new camera
